Olivia GardnerHead of OperationsBio

Born in the epicenter of today’s technology, Palo Alto, CA, Olivia was raised by semiconductor technologists that worked for and founded some of Silicon Valley’s pioneering companies. She has deep entrepreneurial roots that evolved into her passion for scaling companies. She relocated to Austin in 2012 and has enjoyed participating in the rapidly growing tech landscape. Earlier in her career, Olivia worked with the likes of Oracle, Wells Fargo, Wildlife Conservation Network, Band of Angels, Compass Group and countless others in a traditional marketing, tradeshow and experiential events capacity. From there she ran conferences and public events for NASA where she honed her operational edge and maximized her problem solving skills while supporting the expansion of The International Space University and Singularity University. At Treble, Olivia wears many hats, with her core focus on talent acquisition, operational efficiencies and maximizing client spend. She is passionate about team building and relays on her experience as a rower and rowing coach. Olivia has been with Treble since its inception.

Matt GrantSenior Vice PresidentBio

Matt is a Senior Vice President with Treble and prides himself on being an integrated partner to his clients. Over the past 15+ years, Matt has specialized in helping B2B emerging growth companies develop marketing and communications strategies that have a direct impact on companies reaching their next stage of growth, with many leading to successful acquisitions and IPOs. Matt is a data-driven communications professional, building programs that require the right blend of strategy and execution to drive brand awareness, media coverage, differentiated messaging, demand generation and sales enablement that directly drive revenue growth. With his background working with technology startups, Matt specializes in bringing awareness to companies that are market disruptors, moving them to leading brands in their space. Leading PR efforts both in-house and within agencies, Matt has secured coverage across Tier 1 business publications, including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, New York Times, Reuters, AP and others. He also understands the importance of strategic media placements and has a history of success in helping clients build sales opportunities and drive revenue through vertical trade publications. Matt has received several accolades for his work in marketing and PR, including the prestigious Bulldog Award for Excellence in Media Relations and Publicity. Matt graduated magna cum laude from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in Communication Studies. Outside of the office, you can find Matt enjoying time with his family camping or spending time on the water.

Will KruisbrinkVice PresidentBio

Will Kruisbrink is a seasoned B2B tech PR and media relations professional. He’s won & led accounts in the AI/Machine Learning, RPA, e-commerce, security, and cloud-native tech spaces. After a brief stint as a journalist in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois, he joined a B2B tech agency in 2011 as an account executive. There, he established an enterprise tech practice and led the expansion of the firm to multiple new markets, including the San Francisco Bay Area and Seattle. While at the firm, he also created an in-house data-driven PR offering that led to multiple award-winning campaigns, including a PR Provoke SABRE Award. He enjoys cooking with his wife and Westie, Wally, and going on bike rides in the Bay Area. He also collects rare and hard-to-find denim in his spare time: Ask him about where to find the best jeans in SF.

Jin WooDirector of Media RelationsBio

Jin Woo is a seasoned communications professional with two decades of experience working with B2B companies. He brings extensive technical knowledge of B2B infrastructure including cloud, cybersecurity, data center, networking, storage as well as experience working with telecom, AI/ML and devOps. Throughout his career, Jin is well regarded for his creativity, storytelling and extensive network of media and analysts relationships that has enabled him to continually deliver stellar strategic communications results. He has worked with large public companies including IBM, Juniper Networks, Oracle, Pure Storage, Riverbed and Trend Micro. Jin also has extensive experience working with disruptive early-stage to late-stage venture backed companies that has resulted in new investments, rapid growth and dozens of exits. He began his career as a sports reporter after graduating from the University of Southern California with a journalism degree. In his free time, Jin spends time fishing, camping, BBQing, cooking and playing fantasy football!

Jim CameronSenior Account DirectorBio

Jim has over 10 years of experience in B2B tech relations, working with companies ranging from early stage startups to some of the biggest tech companies in the world. He works hand-in-hand with clients to build their unique narratives and increase visibility for their solutions and executive thought leadership. Jim’s expertise in B2B and enterprise technology stems from his passion for telling stories about groundbreaking technologies working behind the scenes that would otherwise get overlooked by general audiences. One of his key skills is helping startups achieve successful launches from stealth: creating the right messaging and media relations strategy, media training executives, overseeing execution and building a program that scales with the client’s business. Some of his other career highlights include running an EV startup’s CES media program with only three weeks to prepare, helping a major cloud provider build its analyst relations program from the ground up, and developing a multi-prong education program to enable a log analytics company resolve an ongoing crisis regarding misuse of its open-source platform.

On top of securing coverage with top-tier business and technology publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Reuters, VentureBeat and others, he’s also connected companies with key verticals and trade publications to speak directly to target buyers and customer segments in channel, financial services, manufacturing, and others. A Silicon Valley native, he has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and now resides in San Diego, where he enjoys hiking, paddleboarding, and spending time with his golden retrievers.

As a writer and strategist for top publications, startups, and large corporations, Jeff has honed a knack for identifying great stories and telling them in a way that connects with the target audience. At Treble, he combines deep research and analysis with big-picture planning to develop and execute content and media strategies that support client goals. Jeff launched a branded content program at one of Austin’s top startups (The Zebra) and served as the communications manager for AT&T’s first Chief Digital Officer. His writing has been featured in The New York Times, Wired, Sports Illustrated, Slate, and Texas Monthly.

Sarah ArmstrongSenior Account ExecutiveBio

Sarah serves as a Senior Account Executive on the Treble team, with a focus on cybersecurity and cleantech clients. She comes to Treble by way of the Texas Tech Parents Association where she excelled as the Public Relations Coordinator. During her time with TTPA, she was instrumental in building a connected community around the students and the university. She also maintained relationships with local media and led campaigns to maximize awareness for the association. She holds a Bachelor’s in Public Relations and a minor in Communication Studies. Outside of the office, you can find Sarah spending time with her dog, Zeppelin, or enjoying the ultimate food scene in Austin.

McKenzie CovellSenior Account ExecutiveBio

McKenzie is a Senior Account Executive at Treble, executing media relations for companies spanning a wide range of industries such as cybersecurity, cloud-native, data management, e-commerce, AI/ML and health tech. She joined the Treble team in 2020 after relocating to Austin, TX from Rochester, NY where she excelled at marketing campaigns, content creation and relationship building as a marketing professional. McKenzie holds a B.S. in Communication Studies from James Madison University. When she’s not at her desk, you can find her enjoying the outdoors, soaking up the sunshine with a good book, or enjoying Austin’s live music scene.

Avery is an Assistant Account Executive at Treble based out of Austin, Texas. She recently graduated from Boston University with a degree in Mass Communications specializing in Public Relations. She has experience in journalism, media relations and content writing and is passionate about forging new relationships with partners. Over the course of her career, Avery has secured coverage for clients in leading Tier 1 outlets such as BizWomen and Spiceworks, as well as key industry trade publications such as Employee Benefit News, CMSWire, and MediaPost. Avery is an Account Executive & Social Media Strategist located in Austin, Texas. She is a recent graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder and majored in Strategic Communications with a focus in Public Relations and a minor in Business. She has experience supporting strategic communications, deepening media relations and social media for clients in the financial services and the lifestyle industries and has secured placements in the likes of CultureMap Dallas and Lake Highlands Advocate on behalf of her clients.
