Treble is pleased to announce it was recently named to Inc. magazine’s fourth annual Inc. 5000 Regionals Southwest list. The list represents the most prestigious ranking of the fastest-growing private companies based in Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas. Born of the annual Inc. 5000 franchise, this regional list represents a unique look at the most successful companies within the Southwest economy’s most dynamic segment –– its independent small businesses.

“Landing a spot on the 2023 Inc. Regionals Southwest list is a big milestone for our agency,” said Ethan Parker, founder and CEO of Treble. “Treble has grown over the past nine years with a bootstrapped approach and continued dedication from our team. This announcement comes at the right time, with Treble’s 10th anniversary just right around the corner.”

Inc. 5000 Regionals Southwest List Achievements

The companies on this list demonstrated remarkable growth across all industries in the Southwest region. Between 2019 and 2021, these 166 private companies had an average growth rate of 557%, and in 2021 alone, they added 16,116 jobs and nearly $5.5 billion to the Southwest region’s economy. Companies based in Austin, Texas; Scottsdale, Arizona; and Fort Worth, Texas, had the highest growth rates overall.

Treble was ranked number 163 on the list and experienced 60% growth during the nomination period. In 2022 alone, Treble achieved a record increase in revenue growth (63%) and expanded its employee headcount by three times as many employees as it had at the beginning of the pandemic, marking record agency growth for the ninth consecutive year.

2022 Treble Highlights

Other highlights from the last year include multiple startup exits, bringing the total number to 23 for the agency. Startups are further supported through Treble’s Funding Accelerator Program, a unique project sprint for venture-backed startups and enterprises to announce funding rounds and venture capital firms to announce new funds. The agency opened Cohort 4 of this program in 2022.

Cybersecurity and Enterprise Tech Practice Groups

Treble’s offerings aren’t limited to startups. Last year, Treble launched an Enterprise Technology Practice Group led by Treble Senior Vice President Matt Grant. By expanding agency expertise and synergies through the formation of another practice group — alongside the agency’s previously announced Cybersecurity Practice Group — Treble solidified its goals to expand its client portfolio to reach late-stage and public companies.

As Treble continues to scale, it looks to grow its relationships with venture capital firms. In 2022, Treble launched almost every major Texas-based venture firm’s new fund — including True Wealth Ventures, Next Coast Ventures and S3 Ventures — securing extensive national and Texas regional coverage.

“This year’s Inc. 5000 Regional winners represent one of the most exceptional and exciting lists of America’s off-the-charts growth companies. They’re disrupters and job creators, and all delivered an outsize impact on the economy. Remember their names and follow their lead. These are the companies you’ll be hearing about for years to come,” said Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. magazine.
